For more than 20 years I have worked full-time as a massage therapist, gradually refining a slower, quieter, and more intuitive approach to bodywork rooted not merely in technique, but in presence.
Alongside my hands-on work in some of Chicago's most respected spas, I have maintained a deep daily meditation practice for many years, becoming increasingly reposed in Stillness through years of embodied inner sensing, contemplation, and reflection.
Through direct lived experience, I have come to understand that Stillness expands consciousness, continually evolving and deepening without end.
Over time, it transformed not only my massage practice, but how I relate to myself and others, how I parent, and my ability to remain present within the movement of everyday life. The quiet, unwavering presence I cultivated through these years gently invites the receiver's body into its own natural state of Stillness.
My approach has been shaped by years spent reflecting on theology, consciousness, and the deeper relationships between body, awareness and Stillness, especially through the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. Still Now is not about projecting my personal beliefs onto another, nor are those beliefs a condition of receiving the work.
What ultimately emerges is not a scripted method, but the natural expression of tens of thousands of hours spent listening deeply: to the body, to silence, and to what quietly reveals itself through felt presence.
